More Obama

I've gotten more and more chilly to Obama's stump speech, so I agree with Jim Newell on the gist of this post. That said, there are some serious problems with what he actually writes:

Barack’s giving a speech — will it be good or his usual robotic so-so crap? Grandma’s watching in the Africaland, Barry.

"The Africaland"? If by "the Africaland" you mean Kenya, then yes, she is "watching in the Africaland." Man, Jim, you've managed to be patronizing to Obama, his 86 year-old grandmother, the nation of Kenya, and the continent of Africa all at the same time!
